Free preliminary assessments

Website assessments are based on the information you provide and predefined decision rules. They are intended to provide useful preliminary guidance and may identify areas that appear worth investigating. They are not a technical inspection, formal feasibility study, audit, professional consultancy report, guaranteed diagnosis or commitment that a particular service will achieve a particular result.

Where important information is missing or uncertain, an assessment may recommend a more detailed discussion or professional review instead of attempting to give a firm conclusion. FundiLogix may reach a different or more detailed conclusion after reviewing evidence, systems, documents, requirements or business circumstances that were not available to the website assessment.

Appointment requests

An available time shown on the website may be requested but is not automatically confirmed. Appointment requests require at least three business days notice and remain subject to FundiLogix approval. Calendar availability is checked when a time is requested and again before an approved request is added to the FundiLogix calendar. If the slot becomes unavailable before approval, no appointment is created and another time may need to be arranged.

Virtual meetings are available throughout South Africa. In-person meetings are by prior arrangement and remain subject to location, travel and practical availability.

Enquiries, quotations and services

Sending an enquiry, completing an assessment, requesting an appointment, registering interest or requesting a quotation does not create a contract or guarantee that a service will be accepted. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, work is subject to a written quotation or proposal, an agreed scope, pricing, availability and any project-specific terms accepted by the customer and FundiLogix Solutions.

Domains, hosting and third-party availability

Domain availability, transfer eligibility, renewal status, hosting suitability and final pricing must be confirmed before FundiLogix can accept or complete a registration, transfer, migration or provisioning request. Entering a preferred domain or hosting requirement on the website does not reserve a domain or create an automatic purchase.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, graphics, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to FundiLogix Solutions unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without permission, except for normal viewing and reasonable sharing of links to this website.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including analytics, email, hosting, AI services or integration providers. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and FundiLogix does not control third-party websites or external provider availability.

Liability

Website information and preliminary assessment results should not be treated as a substitute for a project-specific assessment, quotation or professional advice where those are reasonably required. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FundiLogix Solutions is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, incomplete assessment information or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
