Information you choose to provide

We may collect information that you choose to provide through our contact, appointment, support, Business Platform interest and service-assessment forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, business or organisation, email address, phone number, messages, assessment answers, requested appointment date and time, meeting type and other information needed to understand or respond to your request.

Free preliminary assessments

Our website assessments use structured answers and predefined decision rules to generate preliminary findings. At least your name is required to complete an assessment. Other contact details are optional unless you ask us to email your results or contact you.

Every completed assessment is sent to FundiLogix at info@fundilogix.co.za so that we have the assessment record and can link any later request to the same reference. Assessment information is used to provide and administer the assessment, send results when requested, respond when you ask us to contact you, and maintain reasonable business or legal records. We do not use assessment information for unrelated marketing or unrelated purposes.

Appointment requests and Google Calendar

When online appointment requests are enabled, the website checks availability against the FundiLogix calendar associated with fundilogix@gmail.com. Only available time slots are offered for request, and a request is not treated as a confirmed booking. FundiLogix must review and approve the request before a calendar event is created. Availability is checked again at approval time to reduce scheduling conflicts.

Appointment-request information may be processed through Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and email services used by FundiLogix for availability checking, pending-request administration, approval and confirmation. Pending request details are kept for reasonable booking, customer-service and business-record purposes and are not used for unrelated advertising.

Optional supporting files

After an assessment you may choose to attach limited supporting documents or images. The public website currently accepts only approved file types and size limits. Files are handled temporarily for validation and email delivery to FundiLogix and are not intended to become a permanent public website file store. Please do not upload passwords, credentials, security keys or other secrets.

How we use submitted information

We use submitted information for the purpose for which you provided it: responding to enquiries, preparing or discussing services, providing support, delivering requested assessment results, responding to contact and appointment requests, registering Business Platform interest, administering our services, protecting the website from misuse and keeping appropriate business records where reasonably necessary. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Website analytics, Microsoft Clarity and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and general visitor behaviour. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect information such as page interactions, session statistics, approximate location, browser type and device information. FundiLogix uses this information for website measurement and improvement; analytics reports remain within Google Analytics and are not displayed through a customer or public dashboard on this website.

Assessment analytics are limited to non-personal events such as an assessment being started, completed or followed by a contact request. We do not intentionally send assessment answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, customer messages or uploaded file contents to Google Analytics.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website through aggregated behaviour information, heatmaps and session playback. Clarity can record interactions such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, screen size and page behaviour. Sensitive form inputs are masked by Clarity, and FundiLogix also masks rendered assessment-result content from Clarity recordings. We do not intentionally send enquiry text, assessment answers, appointment details, names, email addresses, phone numbers or uploaded-file contents as custom analytics event data.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also makes an Analytics opt-out browser add-on available for users who prefer not to have their visits measured by Google Analytics.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, hosting, authenticated email delivery, appointment scheduling and analytics functions where reasonably necessary. We do not give assessment, appointment or enquiry information to third parties for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to this lightweight website, including form validation, anti-spam controls, request-rate limits, authenticated email delivery and restrictions on public file uploads. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and sensitive credentials or secrets should never be submitted through general website forms.

Retention

The lightweight website is not designed as a permanent assessment database. Active assessment state is kept temporarily in the browser session, while completed assessments and requested follow-ups are delivered to FundiLogix by email. Appointment requests may be retained in FundiLogix's private Google-based booking records and, once approved, in Google Calendar. Business records may be retained for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which they were collected, customer service, administration, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations.

Your information

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, or to request an appropriate correction or deletion where applicable. We aim to handle personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy requirements, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
